I run the Altro partnership at Equity & General. If your firm joins, I am the person you deal with, and I would rather you had my mobile than a form.
Your clients are matched to one of our advisers and stay with that adviser. Behind them sit our paraplanners and our compliance team, so a recommendation has been researched and checked by the time it reaches your client.
Everyone on this page works for Equity & General.

Every one of them is employed by Equity & General and advises under its FCA authorisation, number 474163.

Three people, and you will know all of them by name.
The agreement, the training, how your firm wants to run it, and anything that is not working. I am the person you ring, and I would rather hear about a problem early than read about it in a review.
One financial planner matched to your firm. They meet your clients, they are the same person next year, and you hold their direct line. If the fit is wrong we change it, which is easier to do at the start than later.
The research, the comparison of what the client already holds against what is available, and the suitability report that has to stand up years later. This is the work that makes a recommendation defensible, and it happens before your client sees anything.
You will not usually deal with them directly. It is worth knowing they exist, because the difference between advice that holds up and advice that does not is mostly done at this desk.
Research, suitability reports, applications and the follow-up that goes with them.
