Two platforms come with the partnership

One is for your firm, and it is where you see every client, every signal and every introduction. The other is for your clients, carries your branding, and is the reason they engage before an adviser ever calls.

Both are included. There is no licence fee, no per-user charge and no setup cost, and your firm keeps access whether or not it introduces anybody.

The partner portal, for your firm

At portal.altropartners.uk. Sign-in is protected by two-factor authentication, and each firm sees only its own clients.

Clients

Your whole client list in one place, with what is known about each owner, what has been discussed and what is outstanding.

Opportunities

The clients Client Watch has flagged, ranked, each with the filing that triggered it and wording you are permitted to use.

Introductions

Every introduction tracked through six stages: identified, introduced, adviser contacted, meeting booked, advice in progress, implemented.

Follow-ups

What is waiting on somebody, and who. The list your firm works through rather than a report it reads.

Segments

Your book cut by the things that matter — owner age, surplus cash, borrowing, year-end month — so a campaign can be aimed rather than broadcast.

Messages

Correspondence about a client kept against that client, so a partner picking it up later can see what was said.

Marketing

Client-facing articles, a launch announcement and a leaflet, all generated with your firm’s logo and adviser details already on them.

Academy

The training your client managers need on the six moments, the approved wording and the regulatory line.

Compliance

The introducer agreement, the approved wording and your firm’s record of what was said to whom.

Firm results

What has been introduced, what was recommended and what came back to the practice.

Where every introduction has got to

The six stages an introduction moves through. Your firm can see the stage of every client at any point, which is the difference between an introduction and a referral.

1
You

Identified

A signal in the accounts, or a client Client Watch has flagged.

2
You

Introduced

You have raised it with the client and they have agreed to a conversation.

3
E&G

Adviser contacted

Your named planner has the details and is arranging a time.

4
E&G

Meeting booked

A date in the diary, visible to your firm.

5
E&G

Advice in progress

Fact-find, research and the suitability report.

6
E&G

Implemented

The recommendation is in place, and you can see what it was.

The client tools, under your firm’s name

Most clients will not book an adviser meeting cold. They will answer a short questionnaire their accountant sent them, and that is where the conversation starts.

Financial Health Check

Your client answers a short set of questions and gets their position area by area — where they are covered, where there is a gap, and the three things worth doing first. Your firm’s name is on it.

Attitude to Risk

A properly constructed risk questionnaire, so the adviser meeting starts from a recorded position rather than from scratch.

Their own account

Clients sign in to their own tools, invited by your firm. Free to them, private to them, and branded as yours.

Book a conversation

When a client is ready, they book directly into the adviser’s diary. Nobody chases and nobody is passed around.

Everything the client sees carries your firm’s logo and your adviser’s name. Equity & General appears where the regulation requires it and nowhere else.

What partners ask about the systems

Does our data sit alongside other firms’ data?

Each firm sees only its own clients. Access is enforced at the database, not in the page, so a partner at another practice cannot reach your records even with a direct link.

Who can sign in from our firm?

You invite your own people and you remove them. Two-factor authentication is required for every account and cannot be turned off.

Do we have to move our client data into it?

No. The portal holds the clients you choose to work through it. It does not connect to your practice software, hold your ledgers, or need access to anything covered by your engagement letter.

What does it cost?

Nothing. There is no licence, no per-user fee and no setup charge, and no minimum number of introductions to keep access.

What happens if we stop?

Tell us and we close the accounts and delete your client list. There is no tie-in and no exit fee.

Have your book read before your next partner meeting

Send your client list and we will come back with the owners worth talking to first. No cost, no FCA obligations for your firm.
